The Rose Gardener LLC of Fredericksburg, Va. bid to replace an existing retaining wall. The bid was accepted and the deposit paid. The work was delayed due to rain but the supervisor was careful to contact us and explain the reason for the delay. When the rain stopped, the work started and was completed in a timely fashion. The workers were professional in their conduct and took pride in their work. The material and work quality was as described in the bid. As the work progressed, questions were answered, and in progress inspections were all positive. The work area was left clean and in good order at the end of each day. At the end of the project all trash and waste was removed and the grounds raked and reseeded. It was an excellent business experience.
